Portobello, carmelized onion, and goat cheese pizza

Pizza night is my favorite night of the week, although the particular day changes each week. We use fresh whole wheat pizza dough from my favorite shop in Charlottesville, Mona Lisa Pasta. This week's pizza is topped with Caramont goat cheese, which we get from Horse & Buggy Produce, and carmelized onions and portabello mushrooms.
